Horrible service. I asked 5 different salespeople about helping me concerning tools and none of them knew anything. Customer service paged to tools area and no one came around. Where is everyone and why doesn’t any of the people here know anything about their products.
Alana provided exceptional client experience. She listened to my need, solved the problem and provided valuable advice. Thank you Alana.
Great staff
Asked them to patch the nail I got in my almost new tire. It took for them almost an hour to inspect it and say to me that the tire is completely destroyed with wall damage and impossible to repair, didn’t even take the wheel of a car. So they offered to buy a new tire. Don’t waste your time coming here for any kind of car service.
