Absolutely joke of a store. Apparently it is owned by the manager. So he makes his own rules. Save yourself the pain. Visit the one in Woodbridge. They know how to deal with customers.
Brought a rental (Nissan Kicks) car for tire puncture. Told me unrepairable. The level of rudeness from Tony is unparalleled. Simply digusting and repells any customer away. He creates a toxic environment for customers and equally to co-workers Stay away from this place
Everything in this store is locked up, impossible to find anything or anyone to help you. Pointless to come here anymore, this experience has made me a loyal Amazon customer. Why bother with this nonsense at Canadian Tire??
