I don't like that I need customer service to open a cabinet and an escort to buy a 12 dollar socket attachment.. I tend to avoid Canadian tire and use princess auto now
I called the store and was greeted by Leanne who was answering the main line. Leanne assisted me over the phone in trying to locate a product. She was polite, thorough, and went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Great customer service. Thanks!
I could not believe how disgusting the store was, you could not walk down majority of thes because there was stuff blocking it. There was boxes everywhere. There was product everywhere. I was absolutely disgusted with this store. It's an absolute hazard to go into this store, especially if you bring kids with you
