I went to this shop for my wheel alignment and one of their mechanic broke my car’s part and he told me that he will take care of that and now its more then a month I am trying to call manager and she is not responding me whenever she picked the call she told me that they can’t do anything about that. I feel very bad about this and I will never go to that location of canadian tire again and will told my friends not to go there ever….
Brought our aging (and much loved car) in for an inspection this morning. Paul had a detailed look at things and returned to us with a thorough, honest evaluation on the situation.
