Thank You, Jackson! I went to Canadian Tire Sunday, thinking it closed at 6pm. I arrived at 4:50pm with ten minutes to spare. Jackson said it was fine, and to pick the balloons I want for my daughter's birthday. He didn't rush the process and even made very polite small talk with me as the store was announcing it was closed. He's a great employee and a life saver :)
The automotive customer service reps and mechanics are fantastic! They have great attention to detail and give great advice.
