Had a problem with my battery and called a few different places. Despite being booked fully for the day, Ian from service was able to give me many different options and even got me in and out before the end of the day. I really appreciate the help and speed of delivery that Ian provided for me today.
My daughter went in on a Monday morning at 8am with a loss of tire pressure light. As a Brock student, she is far from home. The auto manager got her in and out in two hours (despite being short-staffed) and could not have been nicer to her. The issue ended up being a bulged tire. He suggested she buy tires that were on sale, and did not try and upsell her at all. Very good experience.
Came for a 2:30 tire change appointment and it's 4:56 and they are still not done!!! Why make appointments??
Absolute garbage customer service I just came here to buy a phone charger, they're are all locked so I go to the girl at the cash who is only 10 feet from the chargers and I ask her to call someone to unlock for me. she calls I'm waiting in the aisle almost 10 minutes nobody comes. I go back to her and say nobody came she calls again another 10 minutes nobody comes, people actually walked by me and saw me waiting but did not help. Had to order a complete set of replacement cushions for my patio. The box was HUGE. Staff member came out and helped me rearrange my entire truck to make it fit. Customer service was amazing.
