What a rude person at customer service Glendale canadian tire..I just asked if the item is refundable and her answer was that she hope that I am not bying to use once and refund it. And if so put the item back..unbelievable,

What a joke of a “curbside pickup” at Canadian Tire Glendale! I order online, get my pickup code, pull up for curbside pickup — and guess what? The staff tells me to go inside to customer service. Oh wow, thanks for saving me so much time with this “convenient” service. Why even bother calling it curbside if you’re just going to make customers walk in and line up anyway? Absolute nonsense. Staff clearly don’t understand what curbside even means. Canadian Tire, if this is your idea of customer service, it’s beyond pathetic.
