I bought a MotoMaster battery from Canadian Tire in August 2024 for my Honda Civic. It had a 3-year warranty, so I trusted it. But just a little over a year later, it failed. I just had a great experience with the service department, thanks to Ian, at the Glendale Store. A friend was over for a visit from Buffalo, slid off the road in Welland. Vehicle had to be towed, glad I chose the Glendale location. Ian stayed beyond his working hours, to get the vehicle towed into the shop. Called first thing the next morning with an estimate for repairs and had a lot of damaged components under the front end replaced, once I gave the go ahead, and had the car repaired to drive by the end of the day.
