Employees were very rude
Yesterday, while driving home to Ottawa from Kitchener, we were horrified to discover that our windshield wipers suddenly stopped working. In the middle of winter, that’s no small problem. We pulled into Canadian Tire, assuming that even if they could help us, we’d be facing a long wait. That’s where Sam—one of the receptionists—came to the rescue.
