Went into the store to look for a new rifle. All the guns are caged up, 4 ft behind an unmanned counter. Labels were small and hard to read so I went to customer. Asked how I can get more information on the guns, current and upcoming sales etc as I couldn't find anything on the app or website. I was simply told I can't. What a joke.
I was looking for a specific item that was in store but not on the floor. A wonderful associate located the item in the warehouse and even brought out one in the colour my daughter wanted. Great customer service.
I wish I could rate zero star.During my recent visited Chatham Canadian Tire store and encountered an unsettling situation. Upon entering with my personal shopping bag, staff immediately to inspect it without any prior notice or visible signage about such a policy. When I questioned the reason, the manager led me to a small sign posted facing away from the entrance on an interior window -meaning customers cannot see it until after they've already entered. I easily found everything that I was looking for. The staff was awesome, especially the manager that assisted with the purchase of my Roomba.
