I am extremely disappointed with the customer service experience at the Canadian Tire Pickering store. I recently purchased a treadmill and opted for the installation service offered through the store’s vendor, for which I paid directly to Canadian Tire. Unfortunately, the treadmill was assembled incorrectly. Despite multiple attempts to contact the vendor, I have received no response.
