I visited a Canadian Tire location for an oil change. I anticipated a straightforward procedure that would take 20 to 30 minutes. However, the process extended to 2 hours with no work completed. The location added additional items to the invoice, indicating they were recommended. I had to contact the location to obtain updates. Less than zero customer service and it’s a franchiser can’t even complain
Waited over 25 minutes for an online order that claimed to be ready for pickup, when given QR code to pick up and not a single employee knows where it is. On top of that, Katherine, the manager is yelling at her associates telling them "Yes. The entire store has helped her!" Not communicating to me about my order, rather, she is talking to associates across the store loud enough i can hear about it. When they found it, "here you go" no apologies or consideration.
