I arrived this morning at the Canadian tire auto shop at Brock Road in Pickering, With an emergency as I locked my keys in the car. I had to be at a funeral and time was of the essence. I was fortunate to meet Justin who quite literally saved the day. He was able to help me access, and retrieve my keys from the trunk of my car. I made it to the very important event on time! I am so grateful and can’t say enough about the customer service that I received.
Frequently Visiting the store due to the location. Normally understaff, for the mistake of Canadian Tier in applying discount for auto services, Had to visit them and waited for half an hour in line, finally left without correction, left the message for store manager call back, never receive any call back. Pickering location.
I was here tonight to get something and I couldn't even get it. 2 HUGE rats ran by me then I ran out of the store, I told the staff there and they didn't seem to care. I would double check everything before buying it from this location.
