I took one of the tires from my vehicle into be patched. Unfortunately, I needed a set of new tires. I was served by Dan upon collecting the vehicle. He was very understanding when I mentioned the delay in completing the work. He was a new employee 5 days in. He went over and above in providing excellent customer service including showing me how to use the CT app to maximize my CT money (something I wasn't even aware). This resulted in a substantial amount of earned CT money. What an outstanding employee!
Dan was very helpful I went in looking for parts for my truck and he helped me find every single part I needed! Well spoken patient and didn’t treat me or make me feel silly for not knowing anything!
Dan in service was fantastic, really knew his stuff.
Worked with Hemant in Auto service for troubleshooting and fixing FIL. He went thru the whole process, shared the results and suggested the foxes. Great working with him.
