Horrible experience for winter tire change. They are overworked, inexperienced and stressed out. They forget instructions and I don't think they actually did my oil change
Emergency brake work needed. Pulled in Saturday morning to have back brakes replaced without a appointment. Customer service was excellent! I was in and out in 1hr…included parts delivery. Service tech Kyle was exceptional! Thank you front desk and Kyle for amazing customer service! Pickering location.
Great service by automotive repair team and mechanic that took care of my concerns regarding my Jeep. Check engine light detector found thermostat needed replacing and while doing this difficult work hose replaced too. Their website and app says they have a product quantity of 13, but when I came in they simply couldnt find it. Such a waste of time. Also the closing time on Google says as 9PM but when at the store they are said they close at 7PM.
