This is the second time we have worked with Steve and Felicia, and the experience was just as exceptional as the first. We can't thank them enough for their excellent service and incredibly quick responses. If you are looking for a reliable, fast , and professional mortgage brokers, I highly recommend Canadian Tailored Mortgage Solutions. Thank you.
Steve Bryan was pivotal in completing our most recent Commercial Mortgage Refinancing transaction. His attention to detail and patience with ongoing delays out of his control were appreciated. Felicia Ashman from his office was also extremely professional and prompt in her communications. Looking forward to working with him, Felicia and his team again in the future.
Steve & Felicia are the dream team! Exceptional service, knowledge, patience and empathy. Steve found exactly the right products for my situation and Felicia was amazing at expecting all the documents and coordinating with the lenders. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you to you both for the highest level of service and making a scary decision so effortless. Highly recommend!!
We were working with Steve, and he was exceptional throughout the entire process. He was extremely responsive to every text and fought fiercely to secure the best possible solution for our situation. His dedication, communication, and commitment to achieving a positive outcome made a real difference. We truly appreciated having him on our side and would highly recommend him.
I must say that getting a Mortgage is an experience and stressful situation ! We came across Steve Bryan and we went to work for us immediately, it was hard to lay this file on him and his team with only 3 days til closing but he got it done ! I strongly recommend this Broker, he looks after his clients before and after the transaction has been completed ! Thank you Nadia and Carlo
