I want to add a second review here in support of CTMS. Moving your mortgage is a complex process with many actors involved and much opportunity for mistakes. Any time a complication arose in any process, Steve took responsibility and solved it with top-notch customer service. It's a real professional organization. In addition they have gotten me a lower mortgage rate than the competition every time. I highly recommend.
We have moved out mortgage two times - both through Canadian Tailored Mortgage Solutions. Steve is very knowledgeable and honest. And Felicia takes care of document submission and submission in a way that takes the pressure off of the customer. They have really come through for us both times we've worked with them, and we will definitely do so again.
