I purchased a Disegno steam unit for a bathroom reno I did about 2 years ago through a local bath distributor. I had some tech and install questions and I was given Frank's name (owner) and contacted him. He called me back almost immediately. He was extremely helpful and courteous. A few months after the install was completed he called me out of the blue to follow up on operation of the unit and my satisfaction with the product. Awesome!!
