Tried to use their First Aid Fundraising program. Received all of our fundraising materials in mid-March. Went to place the order in mid-April, only to find that the business closed on April 1st until September with zero notice provided. No alternatives provided, just left holding over $1600 of money and no way to fulfil the orders. Absolutely zero effort made to find a workaround and all follow-up contact was ignored - this business is best avoided. Ordered boots. Called after a week of no response, found out that inventory was incorrect. They sent a different model which ended up not being the equivalent. Waiting almost two weeks for the return process to start. Three weeks have passed since my order and I'm not wearing new boots yet.
