December 12, 2025 - I placed an order and it sat unfulfilled for 10 days with zero updates. I opened a support ticket and waited two full days — no response. Yet the moment I left a negative review on one of their products, they were quick to send me a discount code, but still ignored my actual support ticket. Never experienced even more worse online purchasing experience than Canadian Protein. It takes me more than 10 days to receive my package. But inside the package, a 2kg protein powder is missing. No way to contact them through phone call, so it takes me five days to get their email back(I have attached all the things they need for a missing product claim).
