Used to be great but now they're horrible. I've ordered all my supplements from here for more than 10 years now. Now all their prices are more expensive than others unless you agree to get subscription orders. You're better off going elsewhere. Absolutely horrible customer service as well as there's no phone number to talk to anyone and you'll only get useless zendesk replies if you email them. These cheapos stopped supplying a scooper with their protein first time ever seeing that in 25 years of taking protein powders. Sent a message about it and customer service didn’t try to make it better just said that’s how it is now. Nice way to save money 5 cents from China I’d rather pay $1-$2 extra than to open a bag of protein and find out there’s no scooper. SCAM ALERT!! Was charged on my credit card for products and did not receive any confirmation email. When I reached to support they said they have no record of my transaction after I sent them clear screenshots of completed transactions on my credit card statement. The "support" team, which is basically a GPTbot creating generic responses, are saying that there is nothing they can do and that I should contact my bank. Had to spend hours on the phone disputing the transaction. A huge disappointment and a waste of time.
December 12, 2025 - I placed an order and it sat unfulfilled for 10 days with zero updates. I opened a support ticket and waited two full days — no response. Yet the moment I left a negative review on one of their products, they were quick to send me a discount code, but still ignored my actual support ticket.
