I waited two weeks for delivery of our order with no explanation until I contacted them, to which I was told they were waiting for part of the order and were going to give me a gift card or reimbursement. The whole reason for ordering was to have it delivered when I needed it. They received the rest of the order the same day I contacted them and delivery was completed two days later. Doggie Daycare is the highlight of our dog's week. We are so grateful for Kimmie and Sydney and the wonderful service they facilitate at Pet Connection! These ladies are kind and caring and it's easy to see our beloved dog is in good hands each week. My dog is so sweet but is an intimidating breed. Daycare teaches her how to be a good play mate with other pups and how to respect boundaries so we can take her to dog parks with confidence.
