A bit pricey but ok for variety
Janice the Dog Groomer they have at their new location is fantastic!! She's groomed both my small dogs and did such a great job! Reasonable price for grooming, great communication between groomer and dog parent, flexible scheduling and my dogs come home looking beautiful and feeling happy!!!
Awesome people and products
I waited two weeks for delivery of our order with no explanation until I contacted them, to which I was told they were waiting for part of the order and were going to give me a gift card or reimbursement. The whole reason for ordering was to have it delivered when I needed it. They received the rest of the order the same day I contacted them and delivery was completed two days later. Communication needs to be better and delivery time faster, update the website to indicate not in stock, or ship what you have and take the hit ... read more
