If they miss your appointment and you are charged by the receiving company, they are definitely not paying your fine, even though it was their fault. Agree with majority of people here stating this company is terrible. Customer service does not exist here, I had a shipment marked urgent and there was zero urgency on their end. At the end, the shipment missed the deadline required, and when you contact customer service there is no action, no solution based approach, no accountability, no help. Unfortunately this is the case with most shipping companies, but I've had this experience numerous times with TST. Avoid them at all costs if you can.
