I have purchased a few batteries from this company over the years. I have never had a battery failed. My last purchase was in July of 2024and the battery failed. I took it in and the performed a few test confirming the battery failure and it was replaced. Great service and staff were excellent!!! Thank you!!!!

Bad customer service at Inkster. The guy on the customer service doesn't want to replace my battery even though it is still on warranty period. Dis respectful behavior. Don't buy battery in this store anymore. Better buy at Costco easy to claim warranty. Un solicited advice, improve your customer service
DO NOT WORK HERE. Horrible management. They will promise the world that it’s the drivers that’s the problem and they are super easy going. Facts are. They can not do their job and are to busy talking in his office all day then to do their jobs and will let you go before probation is up for no reason and blame it on head office.
