Great service. Friendly and efficient. Very easy to get a battery installed. Was in and out in 10 mins. Rachel, is awesome. I forgot to find out who the tech was. But I really appreciated getting a much needed new battery on Monday. It’s been great ever since.

Not happy with Canada Proof Batteries. My car didn't start so I put the charger on it. My fully charged battery drops to 6 volts under load test. It's only 4 1/2 years old. I expect a battery to give me 8-10 years for the money we pay.
Came in for two batteries. Charged me for one they didn't have in stock after saying they had five. Had to get refunded. As for the other battery they sold. I went to replace it in my vehicle and realized it was the wrong one they sold me. Brought back to the store for a refund. Instead of refunding me, they recharged me for it. Which then had to be refunded twice. Was also told by the front desk person that the battery I was looking for wasnt in the their system. So he used google as his search device.
