Quick and easy. Went to get a motorcycle battery and they had the exact one in stock. Told me how to maintain battery over winter. Great service overall
Don't recommend. Customer service was terrible, I was ignored when I went in and then helped last. And then when I asked to do a check on my battery it was if I was being bothersome. And when I asked to purchase the best quality battery, there was no option or discussion as to what was available. I could have went to Canadian Tire and got better service, the same quality battery and treated better.
Received great service and helpful tips from Scott. Will definitely shop there again!
well i have bought a few different products form this business and from different employees never had a problem other than sometime they are out of stock. i had to buy elsewhere but they no their batteries even if you do not really know what you need. i have two batteries in my different bikes and i have had really good luck with them so far
