The Canada proof batteries seem to be the total opposite of Canada proof. These batteries don't hold their voltage in the cold and under a good load they drop too much voltage even when new
My grandpa had a great experience at Canadian Energy today. An employee helped him take out the two old batteries from his truck and put the new ones in. He was very kind and helpful. We really appreciate the good service!
I had a disappointing experience here. The asian guy at the front didn't want to test the battery that's currently installed in my car for the warranty. He asked me to leave the battery with them, but didn't seem to understand that I need it to keep my car running. Their warranty process isn't as reliable as the quality of their batteries, which was quite frustrating.
I had a great experience at Canadian Energy. My husband bought some batteries and I came in to pick them up. Jenno was incredibly helpful, he tested our old batteries to confirm they needed replacing, gave me all the information about the new ones and their warranty, and even carried them out to my car. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to anyone who needs batteries.
This is actually the second time Gino has helped my dad, and both times have been excellent. My dad had a bunch of questions about his battery and also asked about RV-related stuff—Gino explained everything clearly and patiently. He even helped carry the battery to his car.
