This is actually the second time Gino has helped my dad, and both times have been excellent. My dad had a bunch of questions about his battery and also asked about RV-related stuff—Gino explained everything clearly and patiently. He even helped carry the battery to his car. Purchased a battery for my SUV, replaced it well within the 5 years due to a dead cell. Having issues with the replacement and it's still under the warranty time. They won't honor the warranty this time. Batteries are supposed to be Canada proof
Ignores emails and phone messages at corporate. When you have an issue they chose to ignore you and hope you go away.. stop selling garbage and warranty your stuff
