I almost never write reviews but today is warranted! I took a few older Blackberry devices here as I was having an issue with my carrier. This place is a must for all Blackberry fans! No amount of technical support or online reviews assisted me. The gentleman literally trouble shooted something quickly and somehow magically fixed it. Back in business! Excellent service! I've been going to this guy for years for battery replacements, screen repair, and all kinds of phone stuff~ It's always super-economical, and as someone who likes to keep their stuff for a really long time, this place has been invaluable to their longevity The owner is also super friendly! And if something ever goes wrong after a repair, likes to only consider a "good job" a finished one, and has addressed it without charge Can definitely recommend this place if you need something phone-related repaired~
Nice shop, friendly owner. But about 2 months ago, I bought a new iphone 12 mini screen. Installed fine, but lost about 4mm of screen real estate at the bottom, my faceID camera is almost non functional and it freezes almost 50% of the time im on my phone. My guess is that they stocked a cheap version of the screen. The phone is almost useless now for day to day use and I'm looking to replace the screen again. Please try and source higher quality products next time, then I will be back
My phone wouldn’t charge and within 3 minutes got it working, didn’t charge me and they are very friendly. Will be coming here if I ever have an issue
