Not really “custom”. They can tailor the colour of a table for you, for example, but they have standard sizes that they won’t deviate from. So much for bespoke furniture.
The furiniture was not built properly. The chairs had extra washers and were loose from the beginning. We tried to get them fixed but they just get loose again. We can use maybe 6 of the 11 chairs. The table and chairs was over $12,000 so not recommend. Our old Costco table chairs was built much better and that was $600 wish we would have kept that.
