I would leave zero if I could, unlike these extremely sparse and dated reviews that look like they might be bots or paid, I am a real human with a significant Google history and this review is for conduct as of March 3, 2026. After notification via email only if rejection of renewal of a mortgage, "Dave" the NOT great guy sent his client straight to voicemail all day. Dave is excellent. His service quality was truly exceptional. Highly recommended.
Dave has been an asset for me and has taken great care of people we’ve referred over. He has access to many different products and truly is a private mortgage specialist. Dave has great relationships with many lenders with unique products and knows how to quickly navigate these scenarios.
Very poor experience. Was told it would be a quick and easy process to get a home equity loan. It took almost two months and cost thousands more than it should have. Questions never got answered. Texts went unanswered, emails and phone calls. Only reason they get the second star is because it was more on the lawyers than them. If you do end up needing to use these guys. Use your own lawyer. Do not. DO NOT use the one they suggest
This guy is a champ! Solid professional. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a mortgage.
