Not recommended at all... I thought of taking my time to write this review simply because I felt that I should share my experience so anyone else would not go through what I experienced. I will try my best to escalate this matter further as charging money falsely should not be encouraged, and the more people keep quiet, the more these kinds of immigration agents will increase. They dealt with a very challening situation of mine right through to a sucessful conclusion leveraging their experience, due diligence and professionalism.
