customer service is a hit or miss, had one guy hang up the phone on me mid sentence, and was being super rude prior to hanging up, called again and was talking to a lady which she done her best trying to help me. if you’re not gonna talk to people with respect you should not be in a call centre!!!
Temp closed? With locations when I need something? And the online/AI/automated options are trash. And when you call to speak to an actual person they are all busy and offer no way to wait in a queue. Terrible service w
