Why are my taxes paying for this... "service" ? You can't reach them and when you do, you choose the call me back options(if you're lucky to get there). Something calls you back...a message from the CRA...long pause... then hang up! Then you try and call again, you just get spun around in circles with message options. I get it! It's tax time but seriously, they need to implement a new system for accessing our own accounts! We have the technology!
Would rather watch paint dry than have to do this process again. Painful.
