Another reflection of how broken down this country is. Each department doesn’t communicate with one another, have a question and you have to call a different department. Wait time 2-5 hours, so I do a call back option and never received a call back. Thats just for the business line, I can’t imagine how bad the general client line is. Damn good at demanding money but terrible when they owe you money.

a complete joke... Their Website is just a maze, they don't let you access any of your documents online than never pick up the phone when you call them... absolutely frustrating to deal with these people...
Absolutely dog sh service. I filed my tax return BEFORE the deadline for 2023 earnings. It's August 2024 and I've been trying to contact the CRA to receive my tax return and the furthest I ever get is the automated lady telling me my tax return still hasn't been reviewed. At this point I kinda hope I never get my tax return just to prove how much of a joke the government services are. The government website is also the least user friendly biggest dog sh website ever.
