I wish I caught her name but the older lady that works at the post office is very unpleasant and made my experience horrible, no customer service skills and was very rude, so sad. I was trying to be friendly even after I noticed her hostility, I walked over there without saying hello she asks “what do you need” Customers deserve better than her.
