Good costumer service
The business hours are absolutely unacceptable for a post Canada. I had to miss work to collect a package. If someone from this business reads this, please add some hours on the weekend of at least one evening late.
Dave was extremely helpful with my questions. Although we weren’t able to get a definitive answer to my complicated query, he was patient and took the time to look up whatever information he could, and ultimately referred me to another number to call for clarifications. Absolutely amazing customer experience here
