Ripped me off and committed fraud. I signed up on Ontarionotary.ca. Once I heard from them, it was canadanotary.ca. My document required an oath before a commissioner or notary in person or video if they are in Ontario. The so-called notary wanted the money e-transfered to an ARCEE INC. I was asked for front and back of ID and a selfie. An oath never occurred but this person signed it anyway, leaving the check boxes for in person and video conference empty and the place for the date they signed it blank.
