I have been able to work with Jeremy several times over the past few years, and refer to him as the "Miracle Maker" when it comes to getting a mortgage done. In my situation, he was able to work through my own particular personal details and get me an amazing mortgage. Jeremy and Gaelen were a pleasure to work with, and answered all my questions with great advice and on a timely manor. Being a Realtor, a good mortgage broker is worth their weight in gold! Highly recommend the entire Canada Mortgage Direct team!

Jeremy is incredibly helpful, professional but still very personable. He helped us through our first home purchase and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable but still involved in the process. I would highly recommend CMD to anyone looking for a mortgage.

We have been using Tim for years now, but this last deal has been exceptional. We found the house of our dreams but couldn't get a very long waive period. Our financing and approvals needed to happen fast so we didn't loose the house. Tim worked fast for us, put in extra time, and even came to our house super late to sign. Tim, there is no way we would have got this house with out you... thank you. Knowledgable, work ethic and professional.

Another well deserved 5 stars. Being the first time that my family worked with an independent mortgage broker for our home investment Tim was very professional and supportive every step of the way. With his willingness to work within our timelines and schedule he made us feel that we were his only customers. Would we recommend Tim and his team to friends - yes! Will we look to Tim again on our next investment - yes again!
