Extremely Disappointed After 8 Years of Loyalty I’ve been a loyal customer for 8 years, but today’s experience was unacceptable. I bought a 63-inch item and was charged for a 64-inch. When I showed the posted price and item list, I was told the price was wrongly posted — as if it’s my fault. Instead of honoring the listed price, I was told I could either match the price elsewhere or get 10% off as a registered account holder. That’s not how loyal customers should be treated.
