I was very pleased with the job from start to finish. Very professionally done. Brad was always there to answer any concerns l had. Donovan did excellent work, very precise to every detail. I would highly recommend this company one of the best l have ever had do work for me.
Didn’t show up and didn’t call us . We called two times and there answering service first time said they would call us with an update when that never happened we called again and basically were then told there team was not reachable. Spent the afternoon waiting with no call to advise they weren’t coming . Owner said he would text the phone number of the technician in the event he is late and I never received that text either . Very unprofessional and disappointing.
Excellent company that stands by their products. My shutters are 30+ years old and over time the magnetic closures became sun damaged. I called to order replacements and to my delight, they said they were installing in my neighbourhood and would drop by to replace the damaged closures. Wow! Now that’s what I call loyalty to your customers. I have referred this company to my friends and family and will definitely continue to do so in the future. Thank you for the exceptional service.
I can’t say enough about Canada Custom Shutters. Excellent service and great product. Nick even modified one of my old shutters onsite to save having to order a new one! Highly recommended! Danny
Had canada custom shutters do my entire home years ago, one of the slots had broken (children) went to see Goran today replaced it on the spot, did me a huge favor and didn't ask for anything in return.
