I signed up for a car loan (I thought I was setting up an auto trader account but was mistaken), and 10 different phone numbers called me 29 times in total (10 times on Monday while I was busy). They could’ve left a voicemail, but they just spammed me over the course of 6 days. Do not purchase leads from this company .. they do not honour their return policy. They advertise repo cars for cash $5,000 and as a dealer we can not work those leads. The clients they transferred to us were even more frustrated then us it seems. 0% closing percentage and typically I average 10-15% with a lead provider even in this market.. stay clear if you are buying leads OR buying a car.
Since looking online .. and this company is not in BBB list... QUESTION... WHY ? Makes me second guess using any more outdmfits not on the BBB list of ACCREDITED DEALERS...???
I am still in the works of trying to get a vehicle, and new at this kind of stuff. I just wanted to say that the person that dealt with me today answered all my questions and was very understanding and Claire on his explanations. Whether I win the $500 or not I just want to say that this gentleman, leon, was very honest with me, very patient with me and walk me through the process.
