I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. I understand that immigration decisions can be positive or negative, but the overall service was extremely unorganized. My file kept getting passed around between different staff members, which created confusion and a very frustrating experience. The biggest issue was the lack of transparency with fees. At the start, they did not tell me the actual cost of the process. Later, they kept asking for more money. The owner told me he would apply for my work permit for $1200 ... read more
