Awful service. No input on the details of the application, other than some template letters that had no relevance to this circumstance. Then when all documents were submitted to the agent, they didn’t reply for three weeks!!! Said the person in charge of that file no longer worked there once we finally got ahold of them. So application was delayed a month, plans destroyed even if the visa came through.
