This is the absolute worst company ever. They charge $15.75 for 4hrs and their pay stations NEVER work. I work at OSU and every single time I try to leave the garage, there is a line of cars that expands up to the 5th floor and higher bc at both exits, the machines are ALWAYS broken! The workers are rude, you call for help and no one answers. I have been currently stuck in the garage for 20 min with a line of cars in every direction d/t malfunctioning machines. For those who may not be aware, CampusParc has informed OSU employees and students that the parking policy will change as of January 11th, 2027. The parking passes used to gain access to campus property will no longer be registered as one per person, but rather one per vehicle. So, rather than paying for MYSELF to park the vehicles listed under my name, the expectation is now that all vehicles must be individually paid for. Updating this review. - CampusParc has a monopoly on all parking at and around Ohio State. - CampusParc charges staff (including those making near minimum wage) $120 per month to park at their job. In a city without reliable public transit options, this is predatory and evil. - CampusParc just removed the ability for people to have 2 cars on their permit. CampusParc just sent out an email stating that we can only register one car at a time to our account, meaning that we manually have to go into our setting each time we have to drive a different vehicle to campus. This is especially frustrating for students like me who commute. I switch between family cars depending on what other members need that day, so when I am rushing to school the last thing I am thinking about is whether or not I have the right car registered. CampusParc sent out an email to permit holders about an upcoming change where only one active license plate can be linked to your permit at a time starting January 11th, 2027. They claim the change is meant to improve transparency across parking system, help reduce citations issued in error, and ensure more accurate permit enforcement.
