Rented a bike from them, visiting from out west, to put in some miles on the trail system here Good decision on my part. Pick up and drop off were very easy. And they even hooked me up with some bungee cord to help me out further. Bike was great, shifted smooth. No complaints at all. Loved having a lock with it to lock it up in the tourist areas. Great trail system. Will definitely rent from here again!
Being new to biking, I had a great experience because everyone was so patient and explained everything to me. My questions were answered, and I really appreciate all of the time meant to make sure that I was comfortable on my new bike.
