Our Member Service person Kaila at the Summerfield FL branch was excellent at assisting us with our issue. She went straight to the issue at hand, explained it well to us what caused the situation and fixed it right away. She spoke with confidence and assurance. I say Kudos to her!!!
Not happy . Paid extra towards loan and they just spread out the payments instead of putting extra towards principal . Very shady practice . Then I try to get a pay off amount and use the same account I use to make my payments and they say they need routing and account numbers . Don't make it easy to pay
