Taylor Comesanas was very knowledgeable and professional
I worked with Kelly K, Call Agent Center, #2 and she was awesome. My granddaughter and I were in different states trying to work together on a loan and Kelly worked with us amazingly and helped the guidance. I strongly recommend CAMPUS USA credit union! Thank you, Kelly K , if you should see this, You were amazing.
Love this credit union. It’s very easy to access. Personnel are friendly and efficient. Today I saw Emily Canterbury to have some signatures notarized. Like everyone else I’ve encountered at Campus USA, she was pleasant and quick. I was in and out in about 5 minutes.
Madison helped me today with a CD account at the Jonesville/Gainesville office. She was wonderful! Professional, efficient, polite and knowledgeable. It is rare to find such high level customer service nowadays. Thank you Madison!
She was just amazing and fast and professional. My husband was on zoom call for work and she helped us open an account quickly and so professional. Thank you.
