I love these guys! They are great when you are in a pinch. Their service is always top notch and when you are looking for ideas they have all kinds of suggestions and helpful tips. I always use them. It's nice to have local service you can count on.

I've only gotten a few course packets from the store, but every time I've been in, the girls have been polite, and quick to get me what I need. I have a hard time believing about the running across the lot and screaming, but hey- if I am mistaken and it did happen- it is their right, and they have several signs around the lot saying so. The reviewer forgot to mention that there's a parking garage directly across the street- maybe a whole 70 yards away.

I was originally impressed however when their black and white copy broke they chose to charge me more to print on different paper than was required for my project and on a different copier. Needless to say it was frustrating to be told I would receive something less than what was desired at a higher price and not on time. I have used this copy shop multiple times and am always pleased by the personal attention I receive. They know their stuff. I highly recommend it
