Perhaps with your feedbacks something changed because when I called, they picked up 2x and even looked for the items I was asking for. They were very helpful. I just hope they keep it this way. Thanks for your comments. The service definitely improved.

Try calling their customer service # after they run your credit card and fail to ship: 888-923-0700. All the recording says is all our reps are busy helping other customers try your call later, try your call later, try your call later...they never get a human on the phone. My Credit Card should not have been run if the item was NOT shipped yet. Those are credit card rules! All merchants KNOW THIS.
