I am editing my previous 1* review, the company CEO is serious about helping athletes and their supporters. He is looking into how to reduce shipping and duty costs for supporters outside the USA. Please also take note the product I purchased to support my athlete was of good quality.
If you are a Canadian trying to show support for a team be aware of ridiculous shipping charges and the fact that they don't take care of duty charges therefore those two costs combined are more that item purchased.
Severely lack in customer centricity. They are terrible.
No phone # to call. Horrific experience with wrong shipment (someone else's stuff) and the re-shipment goes to wrong address. I ordered it 4 weeks before Christmas and it's still not here or right. I had to track down owner of wrong shipment, mail it myself to her for her Hanukkah to arrive on time.
Communication wasn’t the best at first but they corrected mistakes and everything was perfect in the end. I’ll be using them again.
