First time home buyer, went to CFCU to compare bank rates with other lenders. Contacted Jenny who was amazing. She was straight forward, this is the rate, this is the services we provide, here is who to contact for flood and insurance, etc. She provided a breakdown of each loan amount to see total monthly cost which was extremely helpful.
