They are very customer focused. And responsive to problems as they arise.
I needed to replace my debit card and am so happy I went to this Perkins location today to do so. Phoebe at the front(side) desk was SO helpful and kind! She got me my card in a timely manner but more than that, she made me feel welcome and was an absolute delight to chat with for a bit while the card was processed.
