I will be taking my business else where. Christina is a very rude person at the Perkins road branch. It makes no sense for a person to have such a nasty attitude at the job they picked to do. Christina does not need to be working there if it’s going to be forcing people to leave y'all and go to other banks.
Customer service was horrible! The worker Christina was very nasty and rude! So unprofessional I definitely want be back to this location.
Called 3x for mortgage info i. e. Heloan, heloc, refi and never got a call back. The rep took all of my info and said she would have the mortgage dept reach back out to me. It’s been about 2 months and I still haven’t heard from a rep. I was shopping around and had gotten pretty decent rates/approvals from area banks and credit unions. I have since finalized a loan with decent rate and have a closing date. I will also close my account with campus federal. Unacceptable.
