I would like to say my experience has been top notch. I’m not sure what location Chandler Martin works at but she is phenomenal!! I needed an auto loan and for my first time ever pulling out a loan she helped me every step of the way. She answered all my questions without hesitation and was very professional from beginning to end. She has been nothing short of amazing. Today was absolutely the best banking experience I have had in years. Tyler Batiste was friendly and knowledgeable. She was extremely helpful and was able to take care of all my banking needs.
I have been with Campus Federal since 1983. They have been wonderful to work with thru the years. Needed a car loan? finished over the phone hrs before COVID shutdown. Son needed a co-signer for his car loan - over the phone during the 2016 flood. Personalized and caring service where you are not just a faceless account number.
