Got my Surly LHT serviced after waiting way too long between intervals. The service department diagnosed the issues, ordered parts, alerted me to other problems uncovered while repairs were underway, and completed the work on time. Craftsmanship and concern to 'get it right' is becoming a lost art, but not at Campus Cycles. Their work and customer service is superb.

Great bike shop. The people who work there are great and very knowledgeable. I have bought my brothers and girlfriends bike there and a great experience both times.

My favorite bike shop in Denver hands down. Both the sales guys and the mechanics are extremely friendly and helpful. Last time I went in they but only fixed my problem but took me back and showed me how to fix it myself next time. Maybe not the best business strategy but they have won a loyal customer.

We were interested to spend more than $2000 to buy two bikes from this shop. sales person told us that the original seats on the bikes have a higher trade in value than the usual $20 due to the higher quality. However, this verbal contract was rudely shut down by the store manager saying $20 will be all we can get if we want to switch to another seat.
