Very helpful and friendly
Been coming here for a few years and was turned away because apparently they won’t service any “brand” of bike they don’t sell. I built my first e-bike and just wanted someone to look at the brake caliper but since it’s not part of their brand contract they refused. Oh well, I guess supporting small business isn’t always in the consumer’s best interest.
Had a FANTASTIC experience with Matthew—he was super knowledgeable and fixed my derailer quickly and affordably. Will be back for sure
