I have brought multiple items to campus in the past 2 months and each time they are super helpful and the prices are reasonable they have a new customer for life
CC is the best bike shop in Portage County, if not the state. Why? The owner is a man of character, will do anything to provide satisfactory service to his customers. He is honest, deliberate, charitable to his community he serves and loves, and friendly to anyone he counters. And he advocates for and encourages responsible and safe biking. They sold my bike, and didn’t charge for giving it a “wellness check” or take anything for selling it. The pleasant, interesting conversation with the owner made my day!
Genuinely the kindest people in this shop! Helped me fix a tire on an electric scooter in the middle of winter, they were so kind and explained everything. I’ve been here in the past for other bike issues and they have ALWAYS helped with a smile on their face. Wonderful shop!
