Been trying to reach them for a release of contract in a property that we didn't end up buying now going on 3 months. They will contact you promptly at the beginning but once you sign and pay a deposit they have moved to the next client leaving you stuck on the process your no longer a priority. I had purchased another one of their deals and that wasn't bad I would think twice to do business with them if this keeps dragging.
