Non helpful, non courteous staff at the customer care. Every request made ends up with an “unfortunately, I can’t do anything about it”. Would expect people employed in customer facing roles to be more gentle, helpful and provided with tools to contact stores/internal employees to make things happen. I work in a product based organisation myself, and the entire training given to contact centres revolves around helping out customers which I saw was clearly lacking with the professional I spoke to!!

Very poor communication. We ordered the books before Term 1, but received no email or SMS when they arrived for Term 2. If I hadn’t followed up myself, I would still not know that the books had already arrived. We were later told they had been there for quite some time. No notification, no explanation. This is very frustrating and unacceptable. On top of that, the printed books are non-refundable, and they are bundled together with the digital versions, which makes it even more unreasonable.
