Placed an online order on Thursday, requested cancellation on Monday, I was told it’s too late. Called again on Friday, Aus Post still hasn’t picked up from the warehouse. Why couldn’t this be cancelled on Monday?
I was denied to walk-in book buys at 4.45. The store closes at 5pm. They don’t have enough staff to cater the crowd. The team member there did mention that this happens very often and still their website doesn’t give any warnings. They are not at all customer focused. They should value people’s time and provide them notice of such possibility.
Disappointing experience, online books are can only be accessed on iPad and my child’s school uses laptops, when requested refund as staff informed me when I purchased now I was told it may not be possible as they have request for refund. They should check school policies about devices and access for students before selling.
