I agree with previous review from SJ. Almost verbatim we are having the same issues with our pop up camper. We were so looking forward to using the pop up camper and have used it once. The pop up did not pop up as electric did not work and there was no hand crank with the trailer so had to crank it by hand with a socket wrench. It took over an hour. Its definitely not the vacation we were looking forward too. During the prep review the gentleman who conducted it had never even learned how a pop up camper worked. This ... read more

Avoid this place like the plague! The company must be going belly up because the service is nonexistent and the staff literally laughs at how bad it is. One customer service person told us no one cares and we are one of many, many people waiting for their RV to get fixed. We have been waiting months for an air conditioning unit. They said they fixed it but when we try and reach someone to pick up our RV, the service department is unreachable. I wonder if they damaged our RV beyond repair. I hope someone buys this company b... read more

One star only because you don't offer a -rating. Bait and Switch by Camping World of Mesa for this disabled vet is BS. From 200 miles away, wife made an offer 4 days earlier with down & financing. Accepted and appointment made for signing, 10 minutes later they called and claimed it was 'sold' the night before to another customer. But hey, they have another one only $7,000 more. Yeah, well, our eyes won't even look there again.

Avoid anything to do with service at this dealership. Camping World/Gandner RV. We paid big bucks for delivery prep and nothing got fixed correctly or they will check off that is was done when it wasn't. Was investigated by corporate and very common complaint. Salesman quit due to dishonesty and lack of integrity. Others have quit as well and now massive cover up is going on.

The only reason I'm giving 1star is because of Alan Hansen. This man has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help us get through this fiasco. We came to Camping World Mesa to sell our 2018 Flagstaff. Little did we know the resale value on these is horrid. After a month 50% I knew it would be bad but not that bad, but we agreed to it. However, we are now on our fourth day dealing with this because after telling us everything was in order and waiting for 2 days we find out everything was not fine. We then have to spend a... read more

Barry Defeo has been instrumental in trying to help us locate a rig that will suit our needs and tick all the boxes. Five stars to Barry.

In December we bought a 2000 George Town, Transfered every thing from our old rig to the the George Town and set out on a planned road trip. Less than 30 miles we lost the rear camera, within the week we found out the living room slide did not work correctly, the rear furnace did not work, the refrigerator did not transfer without resetting. Within 2 weeks the front furnace quit working. On the way home the engine overheated, steam so thick in the cockpit visibility was zero. (not a good thing while on the road) A tow to a ... read more

Horrible is putting it mildly. We had an agreed upon deal for upgrading my Class C to a Class A. Difference of $15K. Signed paperwork and thought I was ready to go. Sales manager Brian walks in and says there was a mistake and it will now be $30K. I had heard about shady practices at Camping World. Now I know first hand. Needless to say I walked out
