I got sent to the wrong department, but they helped me anyway. Another gentleman filled my propane, and two other guys helped us out with water and other problems that they didn't need to. Very impressed!
Shane was our salesman and did an excellent job showing us easily as dozen travel trailers over the course of three separate visits. The horror started when I took my 2012 Chateau in for insurance covered repairs to fix a rear-end which demolished the back area of the rv. Luckily we weren’t in it at the time. Our deductible was $500, they started repairs. We received the rv back a lot later than quoted but as it was off-season, it wasn’t too bad so we put the rv in storage.
