Great place to buy a camper, even better place for service! Had an issue with unit after purchase, they explained the warranty process very clearly, which helped me understand that I was not going to get my unit back right away as it had needed to get approved with Forest River and also needed parts. Once I did, though they were able to address some warranty concerns that I hadn’t realized were an issue. Ryan and David were amazing!!!
Ryan, I wanted to follow up on the installation of my water heater. First I want to thank you and Kurt in parts for your help. Both of you were great to deal with. However, the installation results were subpar to say the least. Definitely not a professional installation by any standard. The water heater door was not installed.
