Our after closing experience has been more than disappointing. During the buying process everyone wanted to be our friend and text my husband daily to win our sale. Now after purchasing, we have a water leak the first weekend of using the camper and its getting worse with each time it rains but no one can manage to respond to us about how to proceed with getting it fixed. DO NOT BUY A CAMPER FROM THESE GUYS. We recently purchased a camper from this dealer. Not only do they lie about the price they show on their website and force you to pay an additional $2000 as a dealer fee to be “ready to camp”, tell you their will be no issues with your trailer after they do a full inspection and make everything good as new, it only includes a new battery, a roll of tv toilet paper, the cheapest surge protector on the market, and the cheapest black tank hose they could find. We purchased a 5th wheel RV from Camping World and had an excellent experience with them. The service was excellent and our salesman Nate Shank was knowledgeable, helpful and very responsive when we had questions. As we were ready to take the RV home Hunter did our walk through and explained everything we needed to know and was knowledgeable, easy to work with and taught us what we needed to know about traveling, hooking and setting up the camper.
