I was in to purchase a toy hauler. The sales individual that was assigned to, was about the rudest individual I have ever dealt with. Because of that i went with a different unit and dealership. When the salesperson from camping world called 2 days later, I informed him I went a different direction, I once again was treat disrespectful. I liked the unit that camping world hate, but because of the disrespectfulness of the sales person, I just felt it wasn't the best choice to buy from them.

We brought our camper van in for a couple repairs. When we told them we needed to be able to wait for it not leave it, they did their best to get us in and out in a little over three hours. We really appreciated the service techs coming out and looking at our vehicle with us to analyze the problems. Ryan and Josh Service advisors were tenacious in searching for parts and helping us troubleshoot ideas for how to order the part and plan for Service the next time we come through here. Amazing service!

Had a deposit on a camper, plan fell through they put camper back on market( more than understandable) few days later was able to purchase again. Contacted salesman and was still available could come next morning to look at it and make the deal. 3 hour drive got 15 minutes away and told me they sold it after being told it was held for me and sending a picture of my google maps to show I was on my way. Not the quality or selection I had in mind sort of disappointing nobody makes campers the way they used to that's for damn sure
